Peace and quiet with space and the sea at 50 m

Real peace and quiet. The sea at 50m. Its isolated position means one didn't have to endure the noise of neighbours. Staff attentive speaking many languages made day to day life easy. Our junior suite was very comfortable and well positioned with view of the sea direct. The a la carte lunch and dinner menus. Not pushed, almost secret. They should be more prominent. We were very happy we didn't book all inclusive. For those who like swimming and diving it's almost perfect, the reef is right in front of the hotel, we even saw sea turtles, quite rare in this part of the coast!!! If you like animation and organised activities you won't be happy. Bring a book or two to read...

Swimming pools lacked water, a recurrent problem on this coast, so the filtration systems can't do their job.Food variable in quality though not in quantity, unfortunately often the case of buffet catering.

not the best experience I ever had .

The rooms are clean the food was good the staff are helpful.

The beach is all corals can't swim there the hotel is distant and the road leading there is the worst the restaurant staff where kinda mean to me when I first came the hotel is adults only so there where no activities or fun shows so basically if your under 35 don't even consider going there .

The worst experience ever.. the property is really nice with a great location. Yet the quality of service and food is horrible Staff are rude and not cooperative at all

nothing to report

adults with children are allowed in this resort and it's clear that it is an Adult Only resort however we seen families with their children here. options on red or white wine was available and they had out of stock refill water stations always empty I upgraded to all inclusive and they tried to demand aggressivly an extra charge for extra alcohol which is clear it is an all inclusive deal the staff were rude all 3 meals was definitely not up to standard, the quality was very poor

Ein ruhiges Hotel völlig im Abseits. Das Hausriff ist noch einigermassen intakt. Zum Schnorcheln hat es uns gefallen. Die Küche ist ok hat jedoch noch Potenzial nach oben. Wunderschön gelegene Strandbar etwas über dem Wasser gelegen.

Ins Wasser kommt man nur über den Steg - kein Sandstrand

„Bis auf das Angebot im Restaurant stimmte alles.

Das Personal ist freundlich, die Anlage gepflegt, das Riff einfach klasse !

Sehr motiviertes, freudliches bemühtes und (bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen) aufgestelltes Personal. Gemütliche, stressfreie und ruhige Atmosphäre. Top Tauchbasis (Extra Divers).

Trinkwasserflaschen auf den Zimmern (1 bis 1.5l/Tag) für zwei Personen sehr knapp. Snack-Angebot zwischen den Essenszeiten sehr minimalistisch. Wlan unbrauchbar und sollte besser gar nicht erst kostenlos angeboten werden. Aber für 10-15€ gibts am Flughafen SIM-Karten, was hier für alle die auf Internet angewiesen sind, ein must-have ist.

In the beginning of February 2016 there were almost no...

In the beginning of February 2016 there were almost no people. Incredible sea and mountains view. Clean, nice rooms and a hotel itself, good food. Away from the city of hurgada. Perfect for exploring sea life. For those who r seeking for nice, quite relaxation without lots of noise and far from crowds of people.

If not all inclusive then prices r like in European hotels and there's no option to buy juice or water somewhere else. So for Europeans will be ok, for others don't expect it'll be as cheap as in Asia. Taxi also not that cheap cause the hotel is a bit far from hurgada. If to walk near the sea outside the hotel on the beach r mountains of garbage in the desert, however the sea is clean and nice, full of life: corals, shells, crabs, fishes and so on. Just to stay in the hotel for long will be boring, so take money to pay for diving, snorkeling, going to other resorts. And no swimming from the beach cause of corals, only from the bridge, so only if u r a good swimmer. We were swimming only first 2 days cause of cold wind outside and big waves, however no-one else did, in first dates of February.

Unlike the boring brand hotel around Hurghanda, Viva blue...

Unlike the boring brand hotel around Hurghanda, Viva blue located on a quiet corner away from Soma Bay which is brand new and quiet for location. I can even see coral directly from the seashore. Nice staff and Nice room. Its too cold for swimming but it has a heated swimming pool.

WiFi didn't work sometimes. The private beach is perfect for diving but not for swimming.

The hotel is very relaxing and gives a great sense of privacy, we really enjoyed our honeymoon to the most although we were on half board we didn't have any problems..Food is great and included a variety of kinds everyday plus deserts are exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr.Gerges and the administrative manager Mr.Ragheb, he is an amazing and professional person, I wish we go there again very soon :)
